Sling Pilot Academy and SkyWest Airlines Partnership Launch Event
100 200 Free Flights
For High School and College Students

Sling Pilot Academy, the largest and most innovative flight school in the Los Angeles area, and SkyWest Airlines, the largest regional airline in the world are pleased to welcome you to our Elite Partnership Launch Event and Open Hangar.
Sling Pilot Academy is giving away 100 Free Flights to High School Juniors and Seniors and Community College Students during this STEM event, to create awareness about the airline pilot career.
To qualify for a free Introductory Flight Lesson, High School Junior and Senior Students and College Students will need to present a valid Student ID. Career Advisors are also eligible for a free Introductory Flight Lesson.
Each student will receive:
- A free Introductory Flight Lesson – take the controls and fly the airplane!
- A free Simulator flight session
- A Pilot logbook to log airplane and simulator time (counts towards Pilot Certificate!)
- A 1-hour presentation by SkyWest Airlines, the largest regional airline in the world, on the state of the airline industry and the pathway from High School to career
- A tour of our aircraft manufacturing facility where students will have the opportunity for a hands-on experience
- Free lunch provided by The Habit Burger Grill food truck
If, for any reason, a student does not have time for a flight or simulator session they will receive a rain check to come back and claim their flights.

Scholarships Available!
Sling Pilot Academy will be giving out $500,000 of Pilot Scholarships over the next 12 months. We will award one Private Pilot Scholarship (valued at over $17,000) to at least one of the Students who signs up for a Free Flight and attends the event. Note: even if the 100 Free Flights are Sold Out, please sign up for the wait-list and plan to attend the event since we may have openings and will try to fit everyone in.
